I think the rust-team branch is ready for merging again.

We've bumped rust up to 1.81 (master has 1.77, current upstream is 1.82)
and have accumulated ~420 patches. As far as I can tell all noteworthy
packages build on x86_64, including icecat.

Noteworthy changes:

ffmpeg uses rav1e on systems where rav1e is supported
sequoia packages are updated to newer versions
librsvg updated to 2.58.5.

And many more new and updated packages.
