[PATCH] gnu: fish: Update to 3.6.0.

Hi,

I ran `guix style fish`, but it produced a fairly substantial diff, so I opted not to include it here. Is it not applied consistently throughout the tree, or should I do it in a separate commit?

Re guix style: The tool often produces wrong results, so don't take it

as gospel (despite the manual advocating its use). The actual gold

standard is indenting your code with Emacs and a little aid of .dir-

locals.el
