At commit df154c05dc65025eac2d14ab45699b34c7a1c7c8 (this is on the
master branch), "make check-system" fails with the following error:

Weird. It seems the gid and uid were 0 (root), but that chown failed,
for unknown reasons. Was this on powerpc64le? Are you still (5 years
later) able to reproduce it? Otherwise feel free to close it.
